The client remains responsible for keeping contact details current and responding promptly to ACRA, IRAS, bank or legal correspondence.
From 20 October 2026, the fixed minimum opening-hours requirement for a company’s registered office has been removed. A Singapore registered office and proper handling of statutory notices remain necessary. Persons entitled to inspect records must give reasonable notice; the company must make the relevant records available for at least two hours on the relevant business days. Registered-office address changes remain reportable within 14 days.
