How ProSec handles information submitted through this website and during service communication.
Information collected through the enquiry form
The website contact form may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company stage, service interest, optional company UEN and a brief description of the matter. The form does not accept identity-document or bank-document uploads.
How the information is used
We use enquiry information to review the request, contact you, identify the likely service scope and respond to a handbook request. If you later engage ProSec, additional information may be requested separately for onboarding, due diligence, corporate secretarial, accounting, tax or other agreed work.
Website analytics
The website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate page visits and actions such as contact-form submission, handbook requests and handbook downloads. Analytics data helps us improve page usefulness and does not replace the information that you choose to submit in an enquiry.
Storage, access and retention
Access to submitted information is limited to operational need. Enquiry and client records may be retained for as long as reasonably required for response handling, service delivery, legal, regulatory, audit, dispute-management and business-record purposes.
Sensitive documents
Do not submit passports, identity cards, bank statements or other sensitive records through the website form. If such documents are required later, ProSec will explain an appropriate submission channel.
